Power up your game with exclusive, online training. This training is designed to strengthen pitchers in their craft, both physically and mentally.
Pitching
The online pitching subscription allows for an athlete to submit videos of themselves pitching for feedback from Sam. Each week, the athlete will submit videos with a typed paragraph explaining what they would like Sam to look at. Videos are to be submitted by Sunday at 11:59 PM in order to get a response no later than Friday by 11:59 PM. Sam will respond with a typed response with feedback and recommendations, a video talking through the instruction. One zoom call at the end of the month.
The online pitching service allows for an athlete to submit videos (up to 5) of themselves pitching for feedback from Sam.
The athlete will submit their video(s) with a typed paragraph explaining what they would like Sam to look at. Sam will respond with a typed response with feedback and recommendations, a video talking through the instruction, and a recommended drill.
Unlike the pitching subscription, this is a one time service option per purchase. This service may be purchased as often or as little as wanted. A submission form will be emailed to you after purchase.
Pitching + Mental
This subscription gives full access to the pitching subscription and also gives the ability to submit an additional video/typed paragraph each week asking Sam a mental question. Sam will respond with a typed paragraph or a video responding to the questions/inquiry.
Mental
The mental subscription allows for athletes to submit a typed paragraph or video asking Sam a question about anything that deals with the mental side of the game. Submissions are to be submitted by Sunday at 11:59 PM for response by Friday at 11:59 PM. Sam will respond with a video and/or typed response answer the question/inquiry from the athlete.
